Braco ( Croatian: Ã, [boy] ), sometimes called " the Gazer ", is a fake "healer" from Croatia. He did not touch, talk, diagnose, or treat the people who came to see him - instead, he stood on stage and stared. He avoids direct claims to have the ability to help people with his eye contact, but is very implied and his supporters reporting it leads to an increase in welfare.

Criticism
In his column for the Skeptical Inquiry Committee, Karen Stollznow writes that since all reports of healing are anecdotal and that Braco's alleged healing abilities were never proven under test conditions, he wrote no scientific proof that looking at Braco has any benefit at all.. This article also disagrees with Braco's claim that he made no claims of healing ability, saying: "However, there is no 'dishonest' claim, whether the claim came from the public or his crew, the claim was promoted by and therefore made by Braco.
