Stephania Bell (born May 20, 1966) is a physical therapist who has become a writer, as well as an on-air and online sports commentator at ESPN where she serves as an American soccer injury analyst.

Bell previously served as an injury analyst for KFFL, RotoWire, and XM Radio. He was hired in 2007, and actively blogs the injury analysis of the National Football League for ESPN where he is a regular columnist. Bell also equips on-air journalists with breaking news analysis. He serves as co-host of Fantasy Focus on ESPN Radio and SportsNation analyst at ESPN.com. She has co-authored the Clinical orthopedic assessment guide . As a physical therapist, Bell is a certified orthopedic-certified clinical specialist and a specialist of strength and certified conditioning. Bell has extensive professional experience in orthopedic manual therapy and sports medicine. He has the practice of the San Francisco Bay Area with patients who mainly consist of athletes and performing artists ranging from junior to professional schools. Since September 2008, Bell has had a home in Connecticut near the ESPN studio. Bell is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and his ESPN blog is crossposted on their website.
Bell has worked at the University of Kansas when it became clear that his skills had value for other fantasy football owners who asked for his advice. On the advice of a friend, he started blogging about football injuries. His fantasy league commissioner advised him that his skills might be marketable. Although the pro team is somewhat vague about player injuries, Bell uses his experience to review injured players videos, check their injury history, and determine their training activities. Then consult with an orthopedic surgeon he produces an educated prediction about future player activity. In addition to commenting on NFL athletes, Bell has created blogs about star athlete injuries in other sports such as Tiger Woods and Alex Rodriguez.

Bell is from San Francisco, California, and he graduated from The Madeira School, located in McLean, Virginia, although he claims Mountain View, California as his hometown. Bell grabbed it A.B. from Princeton University in 1987, where as a major French his senior thesis was about La ComÃÆ' à © die humaine by HonorÃÆ'à © de Balzac. At Princeton, he worked in the athletic training department. He also holds a Master of Science degree in physical therapy from the University of Miami in 1991. He holds a teaching position at the University of Kansas for five years.
