The Angelo State University College of Education is a college at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. Three departments are placed inside the campus: Department of Kinesiology, Department of Teacher Education, and Department of Curriculum and Instruction.
The Department of Kinesiology offers a variety of programs for various careers. Degrees are offered in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, All-Level Certification in Physical Education, Athletic Training, and Pre-Physical Therapy. Angelo State University graduates more high school headmasters in the state than any other university, regardless of size. It also offers the second largest coaching clinic in the country
The Teacher Education and Curriculum and Instruction departments offer programs leading to teacher certification at the primary, secondary, and secondary school levels. Professional courses at master's degree level help prepare school personnel for non-teaching professional positions throughout the public school system.
